USD Global Equity Feeder Fund

The aim is to provide investors with long-term capital growth from a diverse and actively managed Class Fund of securities selected from global stock markets. The Fund covers markets throughout the world including major markets and smaller emerging markets. The Fund invests as a feeder fund into a class fund of STANLIB Global Select Fund, a sub-fund of the JP Morgan Global Select Fund. The investment objective of the Fund is to provide a medium whereby investors can obtain undivided participation in a diversified portfolio of global equity securities. The Fund investment objective is to provide investors with medium- to long-term capital growth by investing substantially all of its assets into the STANLIB Global Select Fund, a sub-fund of the JP Morgan Global Select Fund. The fund aims to provide a return in excess of the benchmark over a three-to-five-year time horizon by actively investing in a bottom up, research-driven equity portfolio, operating within a structured and risk-controlled framework.

This fund will suit investors who want to build up their investments offshore and can afford to have the capital invested over the long term to achieve capital growth.
